Within the framework of the Spring Season 2025 of Fonó Club Szeged, the concert of the ContraBayando band in Subotica in the IH Café!
Schedule: 18:30 Gate opening 19:00 Contra Bayando concert
The trio of Subotica musicians, composed of harmonica, double bass and drums, has no hidden intention of summoning the sound world of classic French sansons, jazz and Gypsy swing tunes, tangos, rumbas, Bossa novas, ballads and waltzes, their subtlely rethinking, authentic sound. Their repertoire also features well-known Balkan, klezmer and gypsy folk melodies. Their clean, low-key sound world is complemented by real bohemian music language, so their concerts are always in a really fun mood.
